Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DreamWay mobile application and website (together, "DreamWay", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using DreamWay, you agree to these Terms, including the Community Guidelines below, and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DreamWay.
Who Can Use DreamWay
DreamWay is for people aged 18 and over. When you create an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. We may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Keep your sign-in details secure, give accurate information, and tell us at privacy@dreamway.app if you believe someone else has access to your account. You may stop using DreamWay at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your Content
You own the dreams, posts, comments, messages, images, and other content you create on DreamWay ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, and share your content as needed to run DreamWay — for example, to show a public dream or post to other users, or to generate a plan for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others or we must keep it by law. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights to share it. Content you make public can be seen by anyone using DreamWay.
Community Guidelines
DreamWay has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send, or share:
Abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening content
Content that attacks, harasses, bullies, threatens, or promotes hate against another person or group.
Illegal activity
Content that encourages, coordinates, or facilitates illegal activity.
Infringing content
Content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Sexual or exploitative content
Sexual, exploitative, abusive, or unsafe content, especially content involving minors.
Misleading content, spam, or scams
Misleading claims, impersonation, spam, phishing, fraud, scams, or manipulative content.
Personal data or doxxing
Private personal data, credentials, financial details, contact information, or doxxing content without consent.
Unsafe real-world harm
Content that promotes self-harm, violence, dangerous instructions, or other unsafe real-world harm.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
You can report content or a user from within the app, and block any user so that they can no longer interact with you. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, which can mean removing the content and suspending or closing the account that posted it. We may remove any content or restrict any account that we believe breaks these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.
AI Features
DreamWay uses artificial intelligence to suggest plans, steps, images, and replies. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not professional advice — financial, medical, legal, or otherwise — and you are responsible for the decisions you make using it.
Direct Messages
Direct messages are for people who follow each other. Others may send one request without a message, which you can accept or decline. The Community Guidelines apply to messages as they do to public content.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If DreamWay offers paid features, they are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms, including its billing, renewal, and refund rules. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse DreamWay. This includes trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with or overloading the service, scraping it, reverse engineering the app, or using DreamWay to build a competing product.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect DreamWay or its users. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, continue to apply.
Disclaimers
DreamWay is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that DreamWay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you achieve any particular goal.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamWay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of DreamWay or content posted by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple App Store and Google Play
If you downloaded DreamWay from the Apple App Store, you agree that these Terms are between you and DreamWay only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation to the extent permitted by law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded DreamWay from Google Play, Google's terms for Google Play also apply to your download and any purchases.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app and may ask you to agree again before you continue using DreamWay. The "Last updated" date above shows when these Terms last changed.
