Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your DreamWay account and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open the DreamWay app.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — By email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, email privacy@dreamway.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.

What data is deleted

  • Your account profile (name and email)
  • Your dreams, plans, and characteristics
  • Your AI chat history
  • Your posts and comments
  • Your push notification tokens

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required for security, fraud prevention, or to comply with legal obligations. Any such data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then deleted.
